Locus – Set of all points in a plane that satisfy a given condition or a set of given conditions.

Major arc – If the measure of a central angle is more than 180°

Measure of major arc – The difference between 360° and the measure of its associated minor arc.

Measure of minor arc – the measure of its central angle

Minor arc – If the measure of a central angle is less than 180°

Point of tangency – Point at which a tangent line intersects the circle

Radius – The distance from the center to a point on a circle

Secant – A line that intersects a circle at two points

Semicircle – If the end points of an arc are at the diameter of a circle

Tangent – A line in the plan of a circle, intersects the circle at only one point

Tangent circle – Two circle that share only one point
